Returns

1.Damaged or faulty goods may be returned to us freight free.

2.All claims / returns must be notified in writing (by email) within 2 working days of receipt of goods.

3.Any return on items purchased online are subject to a 10% handling charge so be careful before purchasing.

4.No cash refunds

5.Special order goods are non-refundable

6.The passing of property: Goods listed in this invoice / order remain the property of Evertyres Australia until payment is made in full

7.Pick-ups - No responsibility will be taken for goods once picked up

8.Return of goods will not be accepted after 2 days

9.Goods that have been fitted cannot be returned

Order Process

1.Unless previously quoted, you accept that any extra freight charges will be added to your order.

2.In most cases, your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless otherwise advised. During weekend/holiday periods, please expect a longer dispatch time.
